We are so excited for Boykin Bash™ 2024!
When: Saturday, February 17, 2024 12-4pm
Where: James Island County Park, Charleston SC (Please note, the park charges $2.00 per person admission fee. This fee is NOT included in the ticket purchase).
Tickets: Tickets are available ONLINE for $15.00 per person (5 years and older). Online tickets close on Friday, 2/16/2024 at 8pm EST. Tickets are available at the gate for $20.00 per person.
Waiver: Please read this waiver in its entirety. All ticket holders agree to the terms outlined below.
ALL ATTENDEES OF BOYKIN BASH (the “EVENT/Event”), MUST AGREE TO THIS AGREEMENT IN ORDER TO ENTER THE EVENT. ENTRY INTO THE BOUNDARIES OF THE EVENT SHALL BE CONSIDERED ACCEPTANCE.
All dogs in attendance must have had a recent (within the last 12 months) wellness checkup and be up-to-date on vaccines. Individuals attending with dogs must be prepared to show proof of current Rabies vaccine that includes the date of administration for each dog they bring. Dogs must stay on leash at all times except in clearly designated and signed areas. Any dogs (& their owners) not behaving properly will be removed from the event and no refunds will be issued.
I understand that my attendance at Boykin Bash is not without risk to myself, my pet, other family members, and other attendees (human or animal “pet”). These include, without limitation, risks of physical injury, mental injury, emotional distress, trauma, death, contact with other attendees and their pets, and property damage. All risks are known and appreciated by me. I waive any and all specific notice of the existence of the risks. I shall assume responsibility for and pay my and my pet’s medical and emergency expenses in the event of injury, illness, or other incapacity regardless of whether I authorized such expenses. I agree that I, as owner of any pet(s) I bring to the event, am solely responsible for the pet(s) behavior and physical control and agree to carefully monitor and control the pet at all times. Attendance is voluntary and I hereby waive and release James Island County Park; BSD Events, Inc.; Boykin Spaniel Rescue, Inc., its sponsors, and/or owners of any or all premises on which this event is held, and/or its employees, agents and volunteers of said organization, from any and all damages, losses, fines, claims, suits, expenses (including attorney fees and defense costs), judgments and/or liabilities of any form or nature resulting from any act or omission of any pet or pet owner attending in the event. This release of liability includes, but is not limited to any injury, death, sickness or personal injury or property damage my pet or I may suffer while on or around the premises where the event is held. This release also includes specifically, but without limitation, any and all forms of personal injury (including death) and property damage to myself, other persons, and other animals resulting from the act or omissions of any and all pets or pet owners and I expressly assume the risk of such damages or injuries and losses throughout the duration of the event.
TICKETS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE VIA TICKET LEAP OR AT THE GATE. NO RESALE OF TICKETS IS ALLOWED.
